If you just need the CD with it on and have a COA already just call in and you can have one.

The Service Packs (sp1, 2, 3) are downloadable as part of your updates, you don't need to reinstall Windows it's not a different version.
If you can't download them just call in with a USB Flash Drive and we can save them onto that for you. (You can then just install them when you get home, takes about an hour each one).
If you actually want to do a fresh install that's not a problem, just make sure that you get the version that matches your COA (XP Home, Pro etc)
