was walking the dog down cross lane and noticed they have cleared a big area next to west wallasey car and van hire (the old max speilmans) and was wondering if any body knew what they where building?

This was in the Globe a couple of weeks ago,apparently the council invoked a little used, special clause in the planning application process which,in effect,meant that they didn't need to consult with the public/residents.No doubt someone in our rancid council has had their palms crossed with silver.
