i know this is a long shot but does anyone know who owns a property 44 waterloo road in new brighton. squaters have just moved in and nobody seems to know who owns it.

Have you tried the Town hall electoral register maybe ?/

there is a facility to search on-line at Land Registry to see who owns a property, I have looked in the past, and I beleive it cost me a small sum, around £1.00!, gave me name and address of owner, we were having a similar problem

Just checked,this is the website; www.landregistry.gov.uk just follow on screen instructions, now costs £4.00 payable by debit/credit card, instant display of owners, address etc.

this was over 20 years ago my mum and dads place then it was purchased by the council under a compulsory purchase order ready for all the modernisation of New Brighton
