I think how they could get round this with advertisers is maybe lying by omission? Saying for example: This is deliveresd to 88,000 homes accross the Wirral, but not saying there's 143,000 that could be getting a copy?
I have no idea what the Globe and News
tell advertisers. But I do know that BT's Customer Service Department haven't been told about this big reduction in households that aren't on the delivery list. So I would be surprised if the advertisers (who I assume pay a lot of money) would have been informed?
