Bidston flyover and M53 from junction 1 closed. Someone is threatening to jump.
I went past as the first police car arrived. Guy was originally sitting on the barrier until he saw the police car turned up then he climbed all the way over the barrier.

Im suprised we havnt had the usual 'if/when they get them down they should be fined to pay for the cost of police and ambulance!!why should the joe public pay for it!!!'rant from the usual suspects

so sad when someone comes to that decision were they want to just end it all (have felt like that few times myself even though am on meds aswell)
