The clutch has gone on my V reg Ford Focus. I have been quoted £350 does that sound about right?

Clutch went on our pug 106 last week.
Garage in moreton quoted 323 ( a1 recovery on tarran way ).
Got it done for 145 at garage on the beechwood ( md autos near beechwood social club ).

Let me know if you have any more probs with your 106. My dad did a clutch change on a 106 for £115 a few weeks back. Plus he's helped me rebuild mine twice when i've written it off  He is an ex mech.

did a focus clutch last week for someone and i charged £130 to fit as they supplied there own clutch
best bet is to shop around or find someone who will do it as a foreigner perhaps !!

I've replied to your email, thanks And thanks Carl! The clutch on the focus includes a concentric slave cylinder so is a bit more costly for this model guys so not going to anywhere as cheap as your 106, the parts kit costs more than that!
