At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above-named
Company, duly convened, and held at 54 Mount Road,
Wallasey, Cheshire, on the 18th March 1974, the following
Special Resolution was duly passed:
" That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that
Brian Stuart Burton, of National Bank Building, Fenwick
Street, Liverpool, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator
for the purposes of such winding-up."
