No good to me but thanks any way, I dont want to upgrade, i want to down grade from win 7 64bit to 32 bit

See your thread in the Digital section mate, you can download the ISO's legally from Microsoft themselves, unless you have Ultimate which I've not see an ISO for. You can use the same code regardless as to whether it is 32bit or 64bit, you just need to have the correct version and go through a simple re-activation process with Microsoft. Most people seem to have Home Premium.

You can download official .isos from official iso 64bit or 32 all you need is the key or you can try it for 120 days free.
