Hi,
Does anyone know where I can buy some inexpensive A4 white card which can be used in a printer? I need some to make Christmas cards for a charity but the stuff on Ebay seems rather pricey.
I'll need about 500 cards so a ream of 250 A4 sheets cut in half would be ideal. If anyone can help, I'd be very grateful.
Many thanks,
Vicky

Staples, be aware that not all printers are happy with much over 200gsm

That wouldnt be ideal for xmas cards. You would struggle to get them to stand id say minimum for cards would be 250gsm

We keep the 180gsm Matt in stock, but have to agree with Karl, they don't stand very well.

230gsm in Glossy is good but don't try and feed it through a laser printer smile

Thanks for the advice, it a struggle getting card thin enough to feed through my printer but thick enough to stand up!

I've used 180gm before and it's not ideal but as it's a charity, people don't expect top quality as they only pay £2 for five cards with envelopes and as it's a speciality item, the designs are those that they can't buy in shops smile
