I use a similar set up at home. My pci dvr cost me 60. I searched the net and drivers are available for this. You will need software to record from. IMO these are better than the stand alone dvr's as you have more options and ease of use. To run that camera you will need a power supply and cable (20)

The camera's usually run between 8 and 12 volts.

On second looks that camera does not have a BNC end so you will need this cable

http://www.maplin.co.uk/36m-cctv-audio-video--power-cable-228842 (19.99)

And a component to BNC convertor

http://www.maplin.co.uk/bnc-plug-to-phono-socketadaptor-1593 (3.29)

Power supply

http://www.maplin.co.uk/12vdc-0.5a-power-supply-with-2.1mm-connection-513515 (9.99)

Hope this helps.
