Its my new 'Autumn 2011' addiction.
Extremly tasty and most are low fat and low calorie, yet very filling.
I love Soup.
What's your fave? Anybody got any recipes for home made soup? yumyum

I'm addicted to making soup!! Tomorrow I will be making leek & potato, vegetable broth, pea & ham and chilli carrot, roasted red pepper & butternut squash soups. They get portioned up, put in pour & store bags* and put in the freezer. Same goes for the bread rolls. I won't buy soup unless I know I'll be unable to make my own. With some of them, the slow cooker is your friend.

I have shed loads of recipes if anyone wants any laugh

*other makes of storage bags are available at all good stores raftl

Mmm sounds lovely wench, I'm hungry and fancied some oxtail before but as I have acid indigestion I'd best stick to my gaviscon.

stopping the consumption of ale, junk food and spices could be a better one.

Everything in moderation, if it starts to hurt, give it up.
Speaking from experience unfortunately.

My fave soup to make is thick creamy mushroom soup...i make it by the cauldron full and add bits to it to bulk it out over meals!
Went to Southport yesterday for a walk round and found a restaurant/bar in a side road called Auberge, 1-3 Seabank rd, Southport.
Had the most amazing Potato and Curry soup ever!!
NEED a recipe!!
