This machine is good Wench ,i have one use it all the time, it takes 2 weeks to notice the difference. it works on every part off the body . it mkes the body firm and easy workout as well. i got mine on a trail basis and that was 3weeks , it worked ,allthough i did every morning and evening and results worked for me.
