I took about 50 VHS films to the tip, shame I didn't know they were worth anything.

I would rather they were used than binned.

I never binned them. The West Kirby tip has a section where you leave unwanted goods that may be of value to someone.

the charity shops cant give them away even they end up throwing them out!

Some charity shops do deals like 5 VHS for £1 and still can't sell them. Most people just don't want them anymore. If anyone paid even close to £15 for these I'll run naked around Liscard! Still, good luck!
