There is a modified blue S reg Astra which appears to have been abandoned on the pavement at the corner of Canning Street and Egerton Wharf, Birkenhead.
...just in case anyone is missing it.

the driver crashed it this morning at 2:20am (14/09/11).
there are road works along that road of a night and the maintenance crew called the police.
the police arrived and carted him off.
i have a feeling the driver was the owner but was up to no good.

This car is normally parked in the Tyre Guys yard all day, and sometimes in Mason Street, New Brighton. A few weeks ago it broke down in Mason Street, and the fella was trying to fix it for about 6 hours, in the end he had it put on a flat bed and taken away.
