On yorkshire tv last week I saw an item about a lady who befriended some feller on facebook. He came around and they met up and he asked her if she could drive him to a shop and wait, she did. Then he came out and, jumping in, shouted go go go!!
He had done a robbery.
The Police caught them and she was banged up overnight as an accomplice. After a while she was released without charge but could have been done - as an accomplice.
If you are with someone at a crime scene being enacted, and do nothing, you are an accomplice.
