Any ideas or solutions please. The last 4 mornings i have come down to find the TV turned on, knowing full well it was turned off the night before, i don't bother pulling the plug or switching it off at the socket, its only turned off by the remote. If it helps its a samsung LE32M87, this morning i turned it off and left it and the bugger came back on about 4hours 15 minutes later. Checked the menu and there doesn't appear to be a facility to allow this to be done. Thoughts welcome, Thank you.

If it is a case of reddragons' suggestion Suggest you buy some of those remote controlled electric plugs (3 for a fiver). You stick them in a wall socket and plug your plug into it and switch it off and on by a remote, each one has a seperate button to switch it on/off
