The Light is a new concept of cinema experience creating an exciting, highly inclusive, social venue at the heart of New Brighton.
We are looking for dynamic Operations Managers that can share and develop our vision as well as an experienced Technical Manager to oversee our fully digital projection booth.
The ideal candidate for these roles will be a pro-active problem solver, with the confidence to work off their own initiative and get things done. This ‘can do’ attitude will also enable them to consistently hit commercial as well as operational targets.
We want people who understand the importance of superior customer service and ensure it is implemented without fail at all times throughout the cinema.
As well as having the desire to constantly develop yourself you will have the ability and desire to develop others who you will be supervising.
Experience in a supervisory role within leisure or hospitality would be a distinct advantage.
The hours are predominantly nights and weekends, so please bear this in mind before you apply.
