I already have a thread going with this

I am always having to re-log in to read posts and threads, check and send PM's, post replies etc etc etc.
I use IE9 and Safari and the problem happens on both.
Any other suggestions? I am away camping for the next 5 days, so will try any suggestions when I get back!
