Hi, does anyone know how to fix the passenger seat tilt mechanism? Basically the lever you pull to tilt the backrest and allow the seat to slide forward to enable people to get into the back seat, doesn'#t seem to be connected. So the seat doesn't slide or tilt....anyone got any ideas?

Thanks
Maisie

Its connected with a cable, usually comes away at the top behind the handle. Sometimes you can reach up the bottom back of the seat and pull the cable from there.

No idea on fixing it back on I'm afraid, might need a new cable, might not.

Hi DD, yeah it's a cable...just been out and looked...and guess what it's only gone and snapped frown I'll have to see if I can get a replacement one, looks fairly easy to replace though!!
I've only had the car since 12 today...gggrrrrr!!
Thank You
