Wouldn't this be a talk about the coal mines at Neston? I'd have thought Parkgate smuggler tunnels? "Wirral" is such a broad term, considering Wirrals' subterraen is rumoured to be like a block of cheese? I think a google may be in order, to try and find more specific info on the talk topic.
