Never used anything like this...Is this good value? or are there cheaper options? I'm a novice ..so just want the easiest to use.

I'm using Vista...does that matter...and which one of those in your link do you recommend

This is what I use had it for about a year now, is easy to use and good price. Edit: and running on vista..

This is what I use - just check the specs to make sure it works on Vista , I've had it working on both XP 7 Vista.
