The price of scrap metal is so high now - a small car will fetch about £100, a normal car (eg escort) about £140, just by weighing it in.
That's a lot of money you are asking for someone to give away.  I have had cars given to me over the years and some very good ones to. but that was back in the time when you'd be lucky to get £20 for a scraper. as dd has said the price of scrap metal is so high. and everyone knows it iS.. Nice try anyway..

i have not got a clue about scrap metal so i would not know, it would have been better if a member would have explained that instead of trying to act smart.
