Thanks for the ideas guys. Had a nice long gander on a few sites last night whilst the missus was at work.

Im going to attempt to make.............. Grilled salmon on a bed of new potatoes with a parsley and lemon sauce. Then for pudding - strawberries dipped in chocolate served with vanilla ice-cream. Now i just need to think of a starte, but dont want it to be roo heavy.

Any ideas dornthat??
