Gilera DNA 125 Motorbike for sale £1300 ono
This is a metallic petrol blue Gilera DNA, it has a June 2001 Y registration plate, is a good runner, starts every time, rides like a dream even at 60+mph, it is cheap to run and insure and I have always run it on shell optimax petrol. the Gilera DNA rides like a motorcycle, This vehicle takes the shape and structure of the scooter for technical and design solutions that are typical of the “naked” sports motorcycle. But it is very easy to ride due to the brand new engine and automatic transmission which has very quick pick-up and acceleration. The Gilera DNA has a 4 stroke, 4 valve engine and is fully automatic (Rev and Go), this has had a thatcham approved alarm and immobilizer fitted to it worth £250 for extra security.i do have the thatcham installation certificate for insurance benifits.
It has extremely low mileage with only 1690 miles on the clock.
It's in excellent condition all round, has had a recent service and has had the best looking after. The bike has full service history with all the original documents, hand books and certificates. It comes with 11 months MOT and 11 months tax. It has 2 keys and 2 alarm fobs, a lock and key and a Gilera tool kit.
It has also recently had a new battery. The wheels are fitted with five-spoke rims in pressure die cast aluminum and Pirelli tyres: 120/70 x 14" at the front, and 140/60 x 14" at the rear. The lavish instrumentation of the Gilera DNA combines analogue and digital equipment. The analogue section features a rev counter similar to those on the best sport bikes, while the comprehensive digital equipment includes a mileage counter, speedometer, water temperature and fuel gauges, clock and trip meter. The sinuous shape of, what one might consider to be, the fuel tank in fact hides the full-face helmet storage compartment. Unlike scooters that have the storage bay under the seat, this takes the seat to just 770mm from the ground. Turning a single key on the left of the storage compartment gives access to the helmet container and fuel filler, so the rider doesn’t need to get off to refuel.
The foot rests adjust to three positions to help riders of any height make themselves comfortable. In front, the Gilera DNA has a distinctive fairing which houses the powerful front light cluster. The rear tapers into a characteristic racing tail that flows into the large rear light cluster as well as providing a passenger seat.

now for the bad points of the bike:
it has a small scuff on the very back of the seat which was there when i bought the bike. you can hardly see it unless you look hard.
there is a little scuff on the exhaust cover which was also there when i bought the bike. it is hardly noticable.
this bike would be a great first bike for a new rider. this bike will be for sale in in the next week or so as i am sitting my driving test and if i pass i will need the money for my car insurance.if you have any questions about this bike then send me a private message or e mail me at kimboyd@ntlworld.com
Grab yourself a bargain at only £1300 ono
