does anyone remember the parky who looked after the swing park on camden street .i lived on marion street which faced the park. he was small he used to have a bike and wore a long coat . he used to send us out when he locked up,sometimes there were big holes in the fence so we walked back in when he went.but we showed respect, happy days.

IN the 50s there was a man called Jack who had a long coat and I think a flat cap who used to lock up the swings just off Grange Rd and I think Camden St. Vaguely remember each swing got chained to a post.
