Wtf? the fees are only £18 with a reserve anyway and if you sell it £20 on top! Just add it onto the price and try to sell it before it sells to some dick that probs won`t turn up anyway! Simples!
If you think it won`t sell, end it and iether relist or put on a classified add at a high price with offers but don`t accept any offers, get the bait when they come to view

Hnyes well just saying, as for the bidding starting at 10% that's normal, it's a starting point for the buyer and seller to negotiate on, like I said before, reel them in 1st then go for the kill, once you have a buyer interested it's not too hard to talk them around into a price you can both agree on.
