I'm taking part, it's scheduled to be held on the 23rd of May, starting at Seacombe ferry and ends at Thurstaston Country Park, covering 15 miles of Wirral's coastline.
I am indeed doing the walk. I have done it for the past 2 years. No idea why I do it because I suffer for days later!! I raise money for the local RSPCA so its worth it in the end.
It was some spamscum advertising "escort agencies" on the other side of the pond. Spammed a lot of different threads on here earlier. Mods have deleted them now. They should really have blatted my complaint as well. It now appears as if I'm complaining about a previous (legit) poster - which I'm not.
When we next do a nuclear test, these spammers should be staked out at 100yd intervals from GZ. Purely in the interests of science of course !
If you think nuclear tests have been banned, you should see what I'M working on in the shed !!!!!!
My daughter mentioned the walk today. Her mate asked if she would do it with her and her family, so she said yes. I don't have the heart to tell her how far 15 miles actually is!! Rather her than me. I'd be happy to do some of it but not all 15 miles, not walked that far since I was a teenager!
Just got a phone call off my daughter telling me she had finished the whole walk. I'm so proud of her-she's only 12. I thought she would maybe manage half of it, but no, she finished. Well done my girl-only hope the water is back for when she comes home cos she will want a long soak after all that walking.
