Snooze, that's what I thought but apparently they're there all year round now as they are too well fed so have no need to migrate.

smashing pics, sounds like a good trip. The rocks.....happy memories of playing cowboys and indians on them as a nipper. The rocks was always the highlight for our lot, then there were the monkey bars, the roundabouts and the swings. We didn't go around wrecking stuff then either. I reckon the Park will be the first place me and the missus will be heading to for a walk.

Sorry we had to go off early my lad needed to go the toilet (spider) The nearest one was in the Piggy (vittoria arms) They have an African Grey by the bar it greeted the spider who can"t resist birds (feathered) with "You Tw^t.I asked it "do you two know each other"and it came out with some more choice words so I took it as a yes.

Derek he said the figure of 8 pond is fed by a spring and used to drain itself dry in the summer. They've now lined it so that it stays filled.

I took a few but have not loaded them yet, this week is a bit manic

The ranger said when they drained the lakes the biggest fish there was about 45lbs (not sure what type)
would have liked to have seen them doing the draining
