Not at my brother-in-laws barbies in don't. Petrol, match, woof, chicken done in 2 seconds flat. Crispy on the outside & perfectly raw inside. Does wonders for my weight loss plan!

Today is Roast Pork with all the trimmings inc homemade apple sauce and real gravy with homemade cheesecake for afters yumyum

On a healthier note, I poached a whole chicken with root veg, garlic, peppercorns and herbs till it was falling off the bone. Served it with boiled potatoes, peas and broccoli with the best gravy ever made with the stock. Must admit I missed the crispy chicken skin though lol.
