Does anyone know how much it would cost to get a guinea pig neautered if your on benefits? i rang the vets and they said it is around £60. But if you take your benefit proof you can get it cheaper but how much?. I heard someone saying on here for all animals now if your on benefits it is £5 to be spayed is that true? seems to good to be true.

they don't do operations it's just a clinic, you can have a sick animal checked up there for meds/flea/worm control but if it's anything surgical they will refer you to a vet.

They'll give you a voucher to get the animal 'done' cheaper. Take proof of benefit/ address etc

I would say use the old remedy of two house bricks but with a guinea pig you'd probably squash the poor bugger!
