Now, got this email this morning, I would assume they would send notification in with the next paper bill, but just incase they don't, or anyone misses it, thought it would be helpful to post up here.
Weíre moving all our bills online. Because you can do a lot more with online bills, and because itíll save paper. That means after your next bill, you wonít get any more in the post from us.
Instead, youíll be able to see your bill anytime at My O2. While youíre there, you can also:
ē See previous bills
ē Keep an eye on what youíre using
ē See your tariff details
And you can see the minutes, texts and data youíve got left, and anything youíve been charged for recently, by sending a blank text to 21202 anytime. Itís free in the UK. Or text MyO2 to 2020 for more information about your account.
Now this is an opt-out feature (it should really be opt-in imho, but I can sort of see why they are doing it).IMPORTANT - To opt out and still recieve paper billing as normal, do the following:
If you donít go online much and need to get your bills in the post, text PAPER to 20802. Youíll need to do it before 21/02/2010 to make sure you donít miss any.
