need at least 18mm if you are gonna chance walking on it.we have some 8' x 4' sheets going cheap in work but you would have to chop them in half yourself to get them through an average loft hatch.probably going to be £5.50 a sheet +vat....thats about half the price of a sheet in b+q....delivery charge is a fiver no matter how many you want
