Are 'part worn' tyres just part worn or would you expect them to have repaired punctures????

Partly worn and possibly repaired punctures mate. Puncture repairs are ok if done correctly and a "mushroom" patch used, goes thru the hole as well as over!

The one that they were trying to put on my car had 2 holes repaired. The tyres didn't look that brill TBH, IMHO just this side of legal and very dirty.
I went for remould instead.
