A neighbours laptop is still logging off after approx first logging off 18 hours ago.. Even after shutting off last night, still logging off now after being turned on a few hours, thank you in advance.

how do you know your neighbour's laptop is not logging off? are you looking into their house with a pair of binoculars?

hold the off button for seven seconds it should turn it off then restart in safe mode and you should be able to sort from there
