After much trekking I managed to find someone to suplly me with a crank bolt (Lloyd & Smith New Chester Road). They willk have this for me tomorrow morning.
But!
There's allways a but.....
They cant supply me with a large enough washer / spacer (see pics)
Doe's anyone know someone with a lathe that would be willing to make a one off for me? I've put a £1 coin next to it for size comparison.
I need one close to 50mm in diameter.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

could try James Engineering on the Durley Industrial estate. You might be able to get it done on the cheap their.
