Football: Vauxhall Motors announce season ticket prices VAUXHALL Motors FC has announced its season ticket prices for the forthcoming Blue Square North campaign and they do make very interesting reading.
If an adult applies for his season ticket prior to July 18, then the cost would be just £136.00 for all league matches at the Motassist Arena, including West Cheshire League fixtures.
The same concessionary rate is just £85 and students would pay just £51.
After that date, the prices would increase to £152, £95 and £57. Club chairman Alan Bartlam said: “We have given a great deal of thought to this subject over recent weeks.
"Effectively we have not only reduced our basic prices because of the recession but also introduced an early-buy option at a lower rate in an effort to encourage people to buy.
"All this, of course, is in addition to children going in free for all home league fixtures.
"When you compare these prices to some of our local teams, this shows excellent value for money for someone who want to watch live football locally on a Saturday afternoon."
This is based on comparing these prices to local clubs, Tranmere Rovers and Chester City, who are charging the following prices: Adult Season Ticket Vauxhall Motors FC - £136.00 (Then £152.00 after 18th July) Chester City FC - £270.00 (Then £300.00 after 1st July) Tranmere Rovers FC - £ 304.00 - £755.00 (Price depending on stand)
