Good idea, but will cost too much. I'm absolutely sure that the 'Road Council' (or whatever they're called) actually like damaging your car. They spent a week repairing the one near me (Even though the road it is on could damage your car more than any speed bump) and it's got holes in it already.
Has anyone experienced the bumps on Town Lane in Bebington? They are pure evil, it's like driving into a brick wall. They've even got them 1 metre from the junction. ???

Nice idea, but far to comlicated to be cost effective As long a lump of solid concrete / tarmac / rubber is cheaper - thats what will lie in the road to slow you down.

Maybe shopping centres might take them on, the odd one or two around the car park.
