Restored to it's former glory this could take in a few extra pennies for the council, also tranmere tunnels too. Any cash would help at the moment since everything is being closed at the moment...why not open something?? plus they don't have to build anything most of the work has been done. Pipe dreams i think

I think it would be cool if they put some original itams in there and restore a portion of it.
then when people go visit they have to crawl inside with hard hats and lamps. it would give it a brilliant atmosphere and give a sense of adventure.

I thought a good idea would be to use the tunnels as Council offices - then they could flog-off the present offices to Peel Holdings for 'redevelopment'
