The WRC needs more manufacturers, not more of the same bleeding, boring and easy to drive car !!

The WRC is really going to need to be careful. With the loss of Subaru now, its going to struggle to bring in the viewers ratings both on and off the TV.

I dont intend to visit a WRC event now, as its become a joke. That might be me, a Subaru Nut, being biased, but I dont find enjoyment from watching a rally being fought over by literally 2 people.

BAN THE WRC SPEC CARS, AND BRING BACK RWD NON-TURBOED FIRE BREATHING BEASTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, I hope the fact that Citroen have gone for Atkinson, and not Solberg isnt a sign that hes going to be forgotten about Drive wise.

Exactly, we need a New MkI/II Escort to fill the ranks. Only problem being, that its only people like BMW making passenger RWD cars these days, and I dont think theyd be prepared to enter a team of 1 Series' into the WRC

If they simplified the rules, like the old rally days itd be far simpler. Something simple like 2wd only, 3.0 limit on engine size or grp.N spec engines. Thered be far more variation on cars and specs and not as must cost to develop them. Itd be like the days when thered be a Lotus Cortina vs a Mini Copper S vs a 2-stroke Saab vs a Mustang 289. 4 totally different cars but 4 times more exciting for it.
