picking up another mini this week been in garage for 5 years needs a little bit of work but it's in good nick for a g reg well at least it got a descent front end and floors and i have the speedster to rob bits off maybe put the mg engine in and 4 pots and the 7x13 on but i'll just get it running and on the road and then maybe build it into a little pocket rocket like the other one was. well car is 1 owner 62000 miles in flame red standard mayfair well it is standard for now lol.
just got to get it from west kirby to prenton so i'll be off to get a trailer.

picked it up last night so let the work begin will be getting it going over the weekend then i'll know what i'm doing with it will put pics up of how it is now.

do you have any cheapo alloys or wide steels, Ive bought a trailer and want that pimped up

998cc engine is to be replaced with the mg metro sitting in the garage,1.5 negative bottom arms,adjustable tie bars,hi-lo's,kayaba gas adjust shocks,playmini stainless exhaust,lcb manifold,k&n filter,bigger carb needle in 1 3/4 carb,ported head,
superminfin's,7x13 with 175/50 tyres,alloy interior handles,chrome exterior handles,chrome bumpers,chrome wipers.
may have a few more ideas.

have'nt done much to the mini besides put away in a garage out of the sunny british weather we have at the mo. lol.
been sorting out the parts that i have off the other mini got a lot of new parts and anything else will be refurbed or rebuilt.
looking at these arches 5.5" at there widest for a miglia race car.

have got some alleycat alloys to fill them need a refurb

Looking good! There was a Mini fest in Llandudno at the weekend.

How much can you get this type for (ie standard and in need of tlc?) Thought A41 Minis had gone forever!

price varies on the car a lot as i have seen some on ebay go for more £500 needing a lot of work ie whole front end and floors. they are out there just i was lucky to get this one at the price i got it for because i looked around and it's worth more than double what i paid for as is. Alan at A41 minis is doing other things but i spoke to him just before xmas and he's going into rebuild's and the like more than just repairs he's putting a spray booth and bodyshop in well thats what his plans were when i saw him.
i've just been to price up panels to do my mates mini sprite and they have gone up in price a fair bit since i last bought some.
oh well i've got to rebuild 3 mini's this year if money and work allows well at least 2.

sorry alleycats will go on this one for now once redone and then on the speedster as i may buy a new set maybe 8x13's for £500

how it looks now after i started stripping ready for a rebuild.

i'm now going to sell this mini as a project as i know it runs sweet just need's clutch sorting and then the bodywork sorting but it's a really solid basis to start with as i was going to replace lots of panels just so it would be good for another 20 years as i know where they rust and this has a bit but not bad for the age as i have seen a 1999 one with a lot more than this one.
i will also be selling all the parts that i have like spare door's,mg metro engine and lots of other stuff.
i'm only selling due to lack of space to do it in and also selling sierra aswell and just going to buy a car that i'm looking at so it's all going to fund that.

mini now on ebay and hoping for a Sale with some luck.
