i moved from new ferry where i lived for over 5 years with no probs and moved to prenton and some thieving ... robbed my back garden last friday night must of got disturbed as they only took 3 mountain bikes and a mini-moto and broke into the shed but did'nt take anything from it lucky for me.
so be warned there are thieves about and yep i know who did it and have got one bike back and the mini-moto back and know who 2 of them are where they come from and mine was'nt the only garden done that night as i met someone else who lives round the corner from me.
SO BE WARNED IF YOU HAVE A LOW FENCE that is what they are targeting and make sure security lights work as i have now fitted some and building bigger fence and uprated locks and hinges on shed.
wish police would turn up when we rung them at 12 midnight may off found them in the act at the other house found out that they have a lock up full of stuff.

yer they are of a very local council estate and one of them is well known for this and has only just got out of nick for the same offence so what does prison do exactly because does'nt deter them maybe cutting there hands off would work like the IRA used to dish out justice for thieves and joy riders like shooting them in the knee only got 2 knees so they did'nt get a 3rd chance of changing ways of stealing cars and ype i know someone who was in the army in northern ireland said that the crime was less than we have.

Firstly I agree with street justice for the thieving ... i think they should bring back the stocks in town centres, lock them up in them for the day and let the world know what they have done but as an ex serving soldier i can not agree with using the IRA as an example .YES they kept crime down in there areas but lets not forget these people were murderers and cowards.Myself I did three tours of Northern Ireland and lost a couple of mates to the hands of these people and saw first hand on several occasions the devastation and loss of life . Most of the punishment beatings or shootings occurred because the victims had stepped out of line and were not giving the IRA there cut or they were doing it with out the IRAs permission. as i have already said i am all for a bit of street justice and i am gutted that you have become a victim of the feral ...

trouble is - if they were to set up stocks in Birkenhead town centre they'd have to clear a very large space (good excuse to remove the band stand structure where people sell flowers - that never made sense to me). Think about it. The number of people they would be putting out for humiliation each day - they'd need at least 10 sets of stocks. Also, in the perceived oldun days people just threw rotten tomatoes. I would imagine, in these days of unprovoked violence, and the normalcy of knocking someone to the ground and then kicking them in the side of the head until they are brain-damaged; putting people in stocks would only add to the trouble the NHS already faces, by producing a regular stream of people needing specialist care (and straws to eat their food through). It would also put up the number of people honestly claiming disability/incapacity benefits.

Let's send them to Siberia instead - that'll teach 'em.

Rant over.

I'd rather they got killed than our servicemen and women, but not so sure they'd be too happy! Got some very good friends out there at the moment and they'd rather not have "yobs" as my ex calls them raftl too much of a risk and liability. They can't follow rules here so what chance out there! He's a Colour Sgt and would not have them within a continent of his men and women!

Street punishment is high on my local agenda!! Knock the fook out of the ..., and i wouldnt even waste my time trying to train them for the forces, costs money that they arnt worth!!
I live in north End (spit!) and i see it day in day out! I know a lot of people who "get things done" and they keep the area "clean" of my worries! Local people should be allowed to police their area, as the police wont/cant!
I had a couple of "community" police knocking last night asking questions. A couple two doors down on the same side had a car stolen caus THEY LEFT THE KEYS UNDER THE DOOR MAT!!
I know, fooking stupid, but i live on the same side as them, cannot see their house, never mind the door, and did i see anything suspicious??
By the way, they NEVER asked my neighbours either side of me (MARK!!), just me!! Im honoured!!
As i pointed out, they should be looking on the OPPOSITE side of the road(only a short cul-de-sac!) as they can see the house!!
Hmmmm, great police presence, pity about the intelligence!!
toy Town Coppers my dad called them! lamethrower pc

Do you look like you might nick a car - that's probably why they knocked lol

'Ooh slightly dodgy - fits our social profile for a car thief - let's goo round and worry him'

an idea would be to make the prison system how it used to be(should be)! inmates get far too much in the way of creature comforts like tv games consoles and the like!prison is supposed to be punishment but people aint arsed about goin back in cos most find it easy inside!
