I found this story in the Wirral Globe http://www.wirralglobe.co.uk/news/3572397.Closure_concerns_as_home_deemed__unfit_/It seems sheer stupidity to try and close the only residential care home in Wirral capable of providing 24 hour care for people with severe mental and physical disabilities. Rumour has it that the residents are being 'asked' if the would like to move... if this is a care home for people who are mentally disabled, some of them dont have the power of speech...they surely cant ask residents if they want to move... I smell a rat....
