Something not right there - either the exhaust it too restrictive, or the car is running lean. A N/A manifold shouldnt get that hot...

You sure that manifold was na, there were 4 sensors on each branch you know !

They are O2 sensors (Lambda). If it was turbo'd, you see the tubro lol, and O2 sensors need to be after a turbo as they cant take manifold temps generated buy fitting a turbo....
I cant listen to it with the sound - does it rev very high or something - over 9-10k rpm???

looks to me like it is a bike engine, more like 12-15k rpm, as stuey said O2 sensors (Lambda) as it is on a dyno cell.

It saves fitting it to a vehicle to test performance / run it in set it up etc...
Its a much more controlled environment and you dont have the hassle of removing it from and engine bay if there is a problem.
