i've been looking into prices 2 give a full euro look, and including bodywork (flaring arches, smoothing bodywork etc) it can come up2 anywhere near 10k. i'm only looking into doing the basics - slamming it on coilies, 14's, colour coding, tints, sound system, and some engine bling.



i'm already goin 2 look at a lupo at the weekend aswel. tbh its a bit of a shed at £1200 with no locking doors, seats r a mess (cant move forwards or backwads) but these are easy jobs 2 fix, so the project could be starting sooner than i thought!!!!

Just buy this months Performace VW, have alook at the canadian fellas Golf Mk1. I think a little bit of sex wee came out!

ive now basically got 3 different styles in mind either a mk2 golf, a mk4 pole 6n or the 'newer' type of car the lupo (cant post pics as i'm in work) there are examples on pistonheads which aint selling for 2 much, so shouldnt reli cost much 2 do either. the only thing i rekon that would cost the most would be the sound system as i have no electrical knowledge what so ever :S so would have 2 pay for labour!!! and the wheels, been looking at prices and just for the 14" alloys i'm looking at 600-800 without tyres:(
Sourcing a car aint 2 bad reli as i not fussed on the mileage as long as it isnt 2 high as most VWs last for a lifetime if looked after and u can pick up most of the cars now for no more than £1000.
