Been about for years, and given the deals one can get nowadays, it isnt worth a penny tbh.
I think Eclipse or someone like that were offering it in about 2002 and they since stopped offering it, because BT were forced to hammer down the pricing of the L2TP's and open up the network so much, that PAYG BB is economically stupid lol.

Lol, but would you seriously recommend it? £5.00 for 10GB, with a minimum charge of £10.00 per month for 1GB - PAYG should be just that, Pay As You Go, ie: I only pay for what I use lol.
The problem is, they cant get away from the L2TP pricing set down by BT, so nowadays it actually works out cheaper to go for a subsidised package or an LLU package.
Just saying I would never recommend PAYG in this day and age. When Plusnet and Eclipse first started offering them, it was worth it because ADSL still cost like £20+ per month, but now its a con more then anything lol.
