Thank fully there is a Government web site has alot of those Frequently asked Questions Covered. Food Standards Agency Click Me And if you want to get all Geekey about Salt you can try a site like this one. Click Me Personally i would find it very difficult to live with out salt on or in my food. And probably cause me problems later in life.

Im not bothered about it me, but thats my philosophy with regards to all aspects of food to be honest.
I suppose I am of the philosophy that im going to die anyway, so I may as well enjoy myself in doing it. I choose not to smoke, take drugs or drink alcahol often, I suppose that must go somewhere to cancelling out my ignorance with regards to healthy food.
I should really be more careful anyway as I have had two heart operations and we all know salt is bad for your heart (apparently), but nah im not lmao!
