Does it have a reciept with it (ie. if its only a week old, id expect it to have some sort of warranty, especially with all the reports of some of them overheating every 5 mins). How much would you be looking for for the games?

Im looking for a 360 ATM, though there are bundles out there, premium with 2 games for £320 and 5 games for £350.
