hi does any 1 no how 2 get locking nut off with out the key thing? as i have lost it an have got a flat tyer. thanks kris.

It depends on what type of locker they are ?

You can get a special tool to remove them.

tar m8 av got it off nw i hammered a size 18 sockit on 2 it an it seemed 2 do the job thanks anyway scooby

You can sometimes use a hammer and chisel if your desparate, or buy a special socket as Scooby says - You can get them from Halfords

Does the fact that Halfords selling special devices to remove locking wheel nuts not defeat the object of havin them somewhat? Surely a thief could use one too (yes, amazingly some are actually educated lol)...

does sound pretty weird that they sell locking wheel nuts with locking keys to prevent theft when i imagine along the line on the same rack is a cheat to get locking nuts off without the key...
