That's uncanny. I drove down to London, it cost me 30 quid without the ecotec, and on the way back up it cost me 40 quid without the ecotec.
Think it was down to the amount of downhills on the way there compared to the amount of uphills on the way back. And traffic and temperature through the AFM.

Its not an uphill-downhill issue mate as ive done that trip both ways plenty of times and NEVER before managed it in 1 tank of fuel.This time was different tho,we'll se how far this tank of fuel gets me and if its over 300 again then its deffo an improvement as without it the most i'd previously seen was 270 miles (driving like a proper granny)

same hear mate,ive never heard anyone actually praise the ecotek "in person" The ecotek forums are full of people saying "ive fitted it and its given me 10% more miles to a tank" no ones ever slated it on there,and nor will i, it works......for me
