not always my amigos. was readin auto express as ya do every thursday and they said "taseful modifying" can put value on ya motor. there feature had a p-reg astra which sum lad had put 17s, gsi kit, lowered and an exhaust nofin over the top but looked smart. he sold it 4 a grand over book price!!!

That's what I'm sayin'. When modifyin cars you can go so far to increase the value, but then it starts to drop after you get past that point. My Astra's in A1 condition aside from that dent in the wing and a few scratches, which will be repaired when I get the kit on so it should increase the value wink

U wot?!! Mine seems to handle pretty nicely, it's the only fwd car I've ever got into a powerslide! And those shockies are set up perfectly for the british roads. Just last weekend I got over a foot of air at 100mph and hardly felt it! (rallying) <img border="0" alt="[cwsmokin]" title="" src="graemlins/cwemotions036.gif" />

Oh yeah, Penguin mate, I've got the tow bar so I can tow the jeep home from events after it's broken down lol! :rolleyes:

The old astras handling and suspension is shocking. I have driven a few, they are admitidly a nice car to drive, just a bit springy and dont like to go where you tell them to go some times.
